We have held senior leadership positions in Sales, Operations, Logistics, IT, Software Architecture and Software Development, as well as Finance, and have worked with entities ranging from startups to the Fortune 10.

Greg Torski

managing director 

Greg is a co-founder and Managing Director of Growth IT, responsible for overseeing all aspects of delivery services including quality and risk management. Greg manages all engagements through to completion providing project oversight to assure Growth IT delivers a high quality, comprehensive product within the agreed upon timeframe and budget estimate.

Greg possesses over thirty years’ experience of leadership resulting from executive roles in international consulting, business and IT management. Greg focuses on the innovative use of operations management best practices to enhance business processes and increase productivity. Greg’s industry experience spans a variety of organizations both as an industry leader and consultant, with his domain expertise spanning operations, supply chain, field service, finance, and customer relationship management initiatives.

Greg specializes in the design and execution of strategic business and technology plans. Greg has filled officer positions in both private and public companies, and has been part of several corporate merger & acquisition transactions. His experience covers operations management and business process re-engineering; business planning and related shareholder value matters; technology and technology adoption; and, leadership techniques and coaching. Greg also brings international business experience in Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Greg received his Engineering Degree from Lehigh University and his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua Business School. He received his CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CCE (Certified Cost Engineer), and CPIM (Certified in Production & Inventory Management) certificates while consulting with Ernst & Young.

Mitch Crisci

managing director 

Mitch is a co-founder and Managing Director of Growth IT, responsible for overseeing all aspects of business development and client relationship management. In addition to sourcing and cultivating new relationships with Private Equity firms located throughout the United States, Mitch also works closely with portfolio company management teams, tailoring solutions to provide right-sized support and guidance through IT-related growth challenges.

Mitch possesses nearly two decades of business development, investment banking and management consulting experience. Prior to co-founding Growth IT, Mitch served for nine years as Vice President of Business and Client Development for Performance Improvement Partners, a leading IT Management Consulting firm. Mitch's experience also includes almost ten years in Equity Research, covering software, hardware and semiconductor stocks. Additionally, Mitch maintains an ongoing advisory role at MGC Consulting Company, which provides strategic direction to a select group of B2B and consumer businesses. 

Mitch graduated with a double degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a BS from the Leeds School of Business and a BA in Communications.
